S&S Activewear in Reno, NV is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee shipping operations from 1 PM to 9:30 PM, Monday through Friday. You will guide the shipping team, enforce SOPs, and help ensure safe, accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced distribution environment.

This role emphasizes leadership, coaching and development, strong attention to detail, and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of supervisor experience in a team-oriented workplace.
• Strong interpersonal skills and coaching abilities.
• Experience in warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Attention to detail and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct interaction with all team members involved in shipping orders and provide guidance to employees on shipping issues.
