S&S Activewear in Lockport, IL is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for Receiving & Inventory Control. You will supervise the IC team, uphold procedures, guide daily tasks, and ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced distribution center.

You will train staff, monitor KPI metrics, and support process improvements with leadership. The role is Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, hourly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k).

The IC Team Lead will ensure compliance of the procedures, communicate goals, safety practices, and provide ongoing guidance and support to the employee as they complete their action plans. All S&S Activewear employees must adhere and enforce the guidelines presented in the S&S Activewear Employee Handbook. The Team Lead at S&S Activewear provides guidance and direct feedback to all team members within assigned tasks. They ensure that proper processes are followed and that errors are addressed quickly.
