thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Shipping & Receiving in Hamilton, Ohio to lead the dock team and ensure safe, accurate, and on-time material flow.

This role drives continuous improvement and 6S compliance while maintaining real-time inventory integrity in SAP/WMS. The supervisor collaborates with Scheduling, Material Planning, Production, Quality, and Customer Service to meet production goals and customer requirements, coaching leaders and ensuring

Qualifications

• Experience supervising people and processes in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory control processes.
• Proven ability to improve operational costs and profitability.
• Proficiency with ERP (prefer SAP) and familiarity with WMS and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead Shipping/Receiving Team Leaders and associates to meet safety, quality, and service goals.
• Own end-to-end dock operations including inbound receiving and outbound shipping.
• Monitor performance metrics (dock-to-stock time, on-time shipment, inventory accuracy).
• Plan staffing and schedules to meet fluctuating volumes.
• Ensure SAP/WMS system transactions are accurate and timely.
