Job summary

Wavepoint-3p is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments and to support efficient warehouse operations.

You will generate shipping labels and bills of lading, coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries, verify shipment accuracy, and maintain inventory records. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; logistics or warehouse certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
• Good communication and ability to work collaboratively.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Verify shipment accuracy by inspecting items, quantities, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during shipping processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues.
