Job summary

Wavepoint3pl is seeking a Warehouse Support Specialist in the United States to ensure accurate processing of outgoing shipments and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with basic computer tools including WMS and Microsoft Office. Prior shipping or logistics experience is preferred, with opportunities for growth in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in shipping, warehouse logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic computer skills with WMS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Verify shipment accuracy by inspecting items, quantities, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization in the warehouse.
• Ensure safety and security protocols during shipping processes.
• Communicate with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues.
