Job summary

Wavepoint 3PL is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Support Specialist to ensure accurate and timely processing of outgoing shipments, supporting customer service and efficient warehouse operations.

You will generate shipping labels and bills of lading, coordinate carrier pickups, verify shipment accuracy, maintain records in the inventory system, assist with counts and organization, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with teams across departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or warehouse certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in shipping, warehouse operations, or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Verify shipment accuracy by inspecting items, quantities, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of shipped items and update inventory systems accordingly.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols during shipping processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve shipping issues.
