Job summary

King's Hawaiian is seeking a GA Ops Warehouse Supervisor to lead shifts that move materials safely, accurately, and on time. This hands-on leader will balance people leadership, floor presence, and process discipline while aligning with the Warehouse Leader's strategy.

The role focuses on directing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, replenishment, staging, shipping, inventory movements, and SAP discipline, to deliver reliable, customer-focused results every day.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage warehouse shifts with safety and quality in mind.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy daily.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance).
• Mentor and develop warehouse staff; address attendance and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with purpose and accountability for safety and productivity.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, replenishment, staging, shipping, and material movement.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Uphold FIFO/FEFO, traceability, and storage-location discipline.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, service, and cost; drive improvements.
