Job summary

King’s Hawaiian Holding is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead a shift of warehouse associates, ensuring safe, accurate, and timely material movements. You will drive SAP-based transactions, oversee receiving, storage, replenishment, and shipping, and maintain inventory discipline across the shift.

Reporting to the Warehouse Leader, you will balance people leadership with process discipline, solving issues on the floor and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing experience, with prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience leading hourly teams in a fast-paced, multi-shift manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Working knowledge of warehouse processes, inventory control, shipping and receiving, forklift operation, and material handling standards.
• SAP or warehouse management system experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, planning, and follow-up skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Values-driven leader who demonstrates accountability, humility, teamwork, and care for people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift with direct leadership, coaching, and accountability for warehouse associates.
• Oversee daily receiving, storage, replenishment, staging, shipping, and material movement activities.
• Maintain safety, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy targets each day.
• Coordinate priorities with Production, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and other teams.
