UPS is seeking a supervisor to lead safety, production, and attendance, while training and developing workgroups to meet high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer service. The role requires fostering cross-level relationships and promoting continuous improvement across the organization.

The candidate will oversee resource management and ensure compliance with policies, aiming to cultivate a proactive and collaborative team culture within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Lift up to 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Flexible shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
