UPS is seeking a disciplined supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance in a dynamic warehouse setting. You will train teams, drive productivity, and uphold high standards for accuracy and customer service. Build strong cross-functional relationships and mentor staff toward continuous improvement.

The role focuses on delivering efficient operations, coaching employees, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment while aligning with corporate policies and local regulations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience - Preferred
