UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will train and develop workgroups, uphold high standards of accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.

As a leader, you will build strong relationships with staff and management, coordinate training, ensure policy compliance, manage department resources for maximum output, and promote proactive communication and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
