Job summary

UPS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, productivity, and attendance. You will set high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork while coordinating with management and frontline staff across the station.

Responsibilities include training, resource management, implementing personal development plans, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and government requirements; a bachelor's degree and management experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English, both oral and written.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a warehouse environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts up to 5 days per week.
• Experience in supervision or management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds strong relationships with staff, management, and customers.
• Leads training for new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and compliant with rules.
• Coordinates resources to maximize output and accuracy.
• Fosters a team-focused environment with proactive communication.
• Implements development plans for department personnel.
• Provides orientation and safety training with necessary materials.
