Job summary

UPS is seeking a results-driven supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in our warehouse operations. You will supervise, train, develop, and hold workgroups to high standards, fostering teamwork and proactive communication across departments.

You will manage resources for maximum output, ensure compliance with policies, and guide employees through orientation and ongoing skills training. A Bachelors degree and ability to lift 70 lbs are preferred; flexible shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or International equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups accountable for safety, production and attendance.
• Ensures high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
• Establishes positive, team-oriented environment and promotes inter-departmental cooperation.
• Maintains ongoing orientation and pro-active coaching for department personnel.
