Job summary

UPS seeks a warehouse supervisor to lead, train, and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. You will set high standards for accuracy, efficiency, and customer service while fostering cross-functional cooperation across the site.

The role requires effective leadership, proactive coaching, and strong communication skills to support continuous improvement and operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates relationships with all levels of personnel.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
