Freight Breakers in Romeoville, IL is seeking a reliable, motivated Shift Supervisor to lead teams of 10–15 in a fast-paced warehouse. You will oversee unloading trailers and building pallets, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time completion.

| $18/hr + Incentives | Potential $25/hr+

We are looking for a reliable, motivated, hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead teams of approximately 10–15 employees in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The Job

• Your team will unload boxes from trailers, ranging from 5–150 lbs, and build pallets. Trailers typically take 2–3 hours to complete.
• You will oversee 4–5 teams working on multiple trailers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Schedule: SUN-TUESDAY, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

WEDNESDAY-SATURDAY 6:00PM-4:30AM

Supervisors may arrive 30–45 minutes early to prepare for the shift.

Pay

• $18/hr base pay
• Performance incentive per completed trailer
• Strong production can bring average earnings to approximately $25/hr
• Opportunity to earn additional unload pay when working directly on a trailer
