Freight Breakers LLC is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead 10–15 employees in a fast-paced warehouse. You will unload trailers, build pallets, and oversee 4–5 teams across multiple trailers while ensuring safety, efficiency, and on-time completion.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership, with duties including attendance tracking, shift reporting, safety talks, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate clearly and organize tasks.
• Ability to multitask and maintain safety standards.
• Physically capable of handling boxes up to 150 lbs.
