Freight Breakers in Illinois is seeking a reliable Shift Supervisor to lead 4–5 teams of 10–15 workers in a fast-paced warehouse. The role involves unloading trailers, building pallets, tracking times, and ensuring safety and on-schedule performance.

Base pay is $18 per hour with incentives that can push earnings toward about $25 per hour. Schedules run Sunday to Tuesday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM and Wednesday to Saturday 6:00 PM–4:30 AM, with some early arrival for shift preparation.

• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel skills are required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Leadership skills to manage teams of 10–15 people.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 10–15.
• Track attendance and trailer start/completion times.
• Complete basic reports and end-of-shift communications.
• Conduct safety talks and observations.
• Monitor productivity and address employee issues.
• Assist with unloading when needed.
