Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift operations, including Material Handlers in shipping/receiving.
• Assist Leads in resource allocation and coverage during headcount shortages.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper workflows to maintain 98% accuracy.
• Perform minor troubleshooting and resolve issues.
• Complete daily receiving/shipping documentation and data entry.
• Maintain inventory in proper units of measure and issue material accordingly.
• Train new shift associates and support audits of quality and safety.
