Job summary

First Solar Inc. is seeking a Supervisor for the PM shift in Trinity, AL to lead a team of material handlers on warehouse shipping and receiving, ensure on-time processing, and uphold safety and 5S standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operational experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse Operational Certification or Lean Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of FIFO, Kanban and cycle counting concepts.
• Ability to supervise and coach a team of material handlers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift warehouse operations and lead material handlers.

• Ensure 5S adherence, quality and safety standards.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and conduct routine audits.
