Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee loading and unloading operations in a fast-paced distribution setting. You will lead teams, monitor conveyors, and ensure accurate scanning and tracking of freight.

The role offers full-time hours, Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts, and overtime as needed. Starting pay is $20.00/hour with production incentives that can push earnings above $25/hour based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Lead, or Manager.
• Background in loading, unloading, freight handling, or distribution operations.
• Experience with conveyor systems and handheld scanners is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse associates during loading and unloading operations.
• Lead crews handling freight, cartons, and boxed merchandise.
• Monitor conveyor systems to ensure efficient and safe freight movement.
• Ensure freight is accurately scanned and tracked throughout the operation.
