Job summary

RNDC is seeking a Warehouse Shift Manager to oversee loading and warehouse operations. You will lead 25+ staff across 3-5 supervisors, ensure proper inventory handling, security, and timely order fulfillment.

Associates degree preferred with 3-5 years in warehouse management or training. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a forklift certification, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Three to five years' warehouse management or training experience.
• Must frequently lift up to 50 pounds and hold a valid forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Determine work procedures and routing to load delivery trucks for next-day distribution.
• Supervise 25+ employees across 3-5 subordinate supervisors.
• Interview, hire, train, direct work, appraise performance, and handle discipline.
• Maintain all inventoried products and ensure security and loss prevention.
• Verify receiving procedures and accurate entry into inventory systems.
• Fill will calls and spa orders accurately and promptly.
