Job summary

Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) seeks a Night Shift Warehouse Production Manager to oversee loading of delivery trucks and maintain equipment during the night shift. You will supervise warehouse staff, ensure security, storage and accurate inventory handling, and train team members to meet company standards.

The role requires an associate degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and hold forklift

Qualifications

• Associates degree from a two-year college preferred.
• 3–5 years warehouse management or training experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Determine work procedures and routing to load trucks.
• Manage 3–5 subordinate supervisors and 25+ staff.
• Interview, hire, and train employees.
• Maintain inventory and security procedures.
• Ensure accurate receiving and entry into inventory system.
• Fill will calls and spa orders promptly.
