Republic National Distributing Company (RNDC) is seeking a talented Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing Operations team in Albuquerque, NM. You will direct warehouse activities, ensure safe and efficient receiving, storage, and loading of goods, and manage staff performance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have an Associate’s degree or equivalent, forklift certification, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Formación

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• Forklift certification and Alcohol Beverage License as applicable to state requirements.
• Employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the warehouse and warehouse associates in daily operations.
• Plan work sequences and equipment allocations to meet production goals.
• Direct workers in receiving, put away, replenishment, picking, packing, and loading processes.
