Job summary

RNDC is seeking Warehouse Night Associates to join the operations team on the Night Shift. You will unload trailers, pick and pack orders, and ensure accurate inventory using WMS tools while maintaining LM productivity standards.

Requires a high school diploma or GED and forklift/MHE certification. Expect training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement within a dynamic, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; one year warehouse experience preferred or equivalent
• Must obtain certification and safely operate MHE (forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachment, clamper truck)
• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds

Responsibilities

• Safely unload trailers, verify load accuracy and stage for put away
• Pick and pack orders using label picking, ring scanners, voice picking or paper tickets
• Meet LM metrics for productivity and accuracy
• Operate MHE including forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, slip sheet attachments, or clamper trucks
• Use WMS scan guns to maintain accurate inventory and locations
• Assist in physical inventories and cycle counting
• Interact with associates during shift hand-offs
• Coordinate with delivery personnel and early morning receiving crew
