Job summary

RNDC is seeking a talented Warehouse Production Shift Manager for the Night Shift in Albuquerque, NM. The role oversees loading of delivery trucks, supervises and trains warehouse staff, and ensures secure handling of inventories.

Ideal candidate has an associate degree and 3–5 years of warehouse management or training experience, plus a valid forklift certification. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required and paid benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from a two year college or technical school preferred; three to five years previous warehouse management and/or training experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and must possess a valid forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Determine work procedures, prepare routing and expedite workflow to load delivery trucks for distribution the following day.
• Manage 3-5 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 25+ employees in the Warehouse.
• Interview, hire, and train employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Ensure proper receiving procedures and accurate entry of quantities into the warehouse inventory control system.
• Ensure approved will calls and spa orders are accurately filled and ready for pickup in a timely manner.
