Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Shift Lead to join our cleaning/janitorial crew in Ohio. The role leads a shift, ensures safety compliance, and coordinates daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with benefits for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401k match, paid time off, Quick Pay, pet insurance, and a discount program. Schedule includes days/nights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations, distribution center environment preferred.
• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Follow OSHA safety rules and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented, positive demeanor to motivate the team.
• Ability to read safety and operating instructions in English (Spanish where state required).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation.
• Support Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations by responding to escalations.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
• Follow the Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Coordinate callouts and shift coverage with the team.
• Provide timely escalation reporting to KBS Management.
