Starting pay is $17 per hour, with full-time benefits and opportunities for career growth. Weekend and varying daytime schedules are included to support operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations, DC environment preferred.
• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.
• Customer service-oriented, friendly demeanor to motivate team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Support Maintenance Ops Center and Field Ops by responding to escalations.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices and common areas as needed.
• Follow Supervisor Task Process Flowchart and cover daily schedules.
