Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has immediate full-time, permanent openings for a Warehouse Janitorial Lead to join our Warehouse Cleaning/Janitorial crew. Qualifications

• 4+ years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and chemical safety sheets.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service-oriented and able to motivate the team.
• Familiar with KBSPresence timekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams by responding to escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support scheduling by splitting shifts and covering daily operations.
• Deliver feedback and escalate issues to KBS Management.
