Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Warehouse Shift Lead to join our janitorial crew. The role involves leading a team in a fast-paced DC environment, ensuring safety compliance and steady operations.

You will coordinate with operations centers, cover shifts, and uphold quality standards across cleaning tasks. Starting pay is $17.35 per hour with full-time benefits including medical, 401k, paid time off, and additional perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments.
• 1+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer-service oriented with a friendly, positive demeanor.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures (English; Spanish where required).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex, task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to the Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations Team by addressing escalations.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices and common areas as needed.
• Follow Supervisor Task Process Flowchart and shift coverage plans.
• Deliver timely feedback and escalate ongoing activities to KBS management.
