Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Warehouse Janitorial Lead to join our cleaning crew at a fast-paced distribution center. You will lead a shift, ensure safety and cleanliness, and coordinate with Operations teams to maintain daily schedules.

Starting pay is $20 per hour. Experience in janitorial supervision and knowledge of safety guidelines is preferred; timekeeping software experience helps scheduling and attendance. We seek reliable, customer-service oriented team players.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in a lead or supervisory role in janitorial operations.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions (English; Spanish where state required).
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer-service oriented and able to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation.
• Provides direct support to Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams by responding to escalations.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, breakrooms, and other areas as needed.
• Follows Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Supports callouts and coordinates shift coverage with the team and shift lead.
• Delivers feedback and escalates to KBS Management as needed.
