Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• 1+ years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and instruction documents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Provide direct support to Maintenance Operations Center and Field Operations teams.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
• Follow the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart and cover daily schedules.
• Submit timely escalation reports and feedback to management.
