Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead in Galesburg, MI to oversee a team on Saturdays through Mondays 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The role emphasizes safety, productivity, and accurate execution, with hourly pay of $19.50.

Responsibilities include coordinating shift schedules with the On-Site Manager, assisting with hiring and development, ensuring policy compliance, and handling loading/unloading, equipment checks and basic data entry. A high school diploma and forklift certification are required.

Qualificações

• 1 year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work under safety and HR policies.

Responsabilidades

• Work with the On-Site Manager to set shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s).
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed.
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance.
• Assist with forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms in a timely/legible manner.
• Assist in managing employee relations locally with the OSM.
• Load and unload materials and move to the appropriate staging area.
• Check loads to ensure they are secure.
• Perform daily equipment checks on industrial power equipment.
• Examine products for quality conformance.
• Perform basic financial data entry.
• Execute assignments accurately, timely and safely.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Shift Lead

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highest safety standards.

Hourly Pay

$19.50/hr

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate

• May be required to lift pallets by hand, each weighing between 50 lbs. to 75 lbs.
