Job summary

Relogistics is seeking a Shift Lead to supervise a team during Friday to Monday shifts in Cullman, AL. You will coordinate with the On-Site Manager to optimize shift schedules, recruit and develop staff, and uphold safety and HR policies.

Responsibilities include material handling, data entry, and maintaining a safe work area. The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience, a HS diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification required.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll help ensure your team of co-workers are maximizing their overall productivity during each shift, while adhering to the highestsafety standards.

Friday - Monday 400 PM - 230 AM

• Work with the On-Site Manager as he/she to sets shift/operating schedules to best service the local customer(s)
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company policies regarding Safety and HR are followed
• Order and maintain supplies and arrange for office equipment maintenance
• Assist with forklift driver duties as needed
• Track movements in a timely/legible manner on the proper forms
• Assist in managing employee relations issues, locally, in conjunction with the OSM
• Load and unload materials from trailers and move to the appropriate staging area within the facility
• Check to make sure loads are secure
• Ensure that all daily equipment checks on all Industrial power equipment are being performed
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Perform basic financial data entry
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred
• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation

• Ability to work in extreme conditions to include, but not limited to, elements, heat, cold, and air particulate
