Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts and operating hours with the On-Site Manager.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Enforce safety and HR policies.
• Maintain supplies and arrange equipment maintenance.
• Help forklift duties as needed.
• Track movements on proper forms.
• Address employee relations issues with OSM.
