Qualifications

• Education (preferred level) high school diploma.
• Experience (minimum) 6 months or more.
• Must read, count accurately, do simple math and write legibly.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift, twist, stoop, crouch and reach above shoulder level.

Responsibilities

• Safety is the FIRST duty and responsibility; adhere to vendor safety practices.
• Lead daily operations with agents and 3rd parties; communicate issues to the manager.
• Maintain warehouse appearance per Expeditors culture.
• Verify all documentation and complete processes accurately.
• Unload and load cargo safely and efficiently.
• Arrange cargo transfer using radio, phone, and computer.Oversee staffing, cross-training, and onboarding.
