Expeditors is seeking a part-time warehouse associate to help unload and load cargo, document and store shipments, and transfer to the carrier before cut-offs. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork with the shift lead to maintain smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, inventory accuracy, updating codes, and operating forklifts. Local applicants only; temp agency may be involved. Several two to three shift options are available per week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly.
• Must be capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and handle items safely and follow safety protocols.
• Ability to shift priorities and work under deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure warehouse operations run smoothly and safely.
• Unload/load cargo; document, store, and transfer to carrier before cut-offs.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory accuracy.
• Update event codes and operate forklifts and related equipment.
• Coordinate with shift lead and supervisor to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain presentable warehouse appearance in line with Expeditors standards.
