Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Shift Lead to energize and coordinate a temporary workforce at our client site in Georgia. You will manage daily operations for your shift, lead large hourly-associate meetings, and ensure safety and policy compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in warehouse supervision, bilingual Spanish/English, strong communication, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in client relations, preferably in warehouse or staffing environment.
• Superior customer service, organization and time management skills.
• Advanced level Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast paced, and fluid environment.
• Ability to adjust schedule for work overtime and be present during changing business needs.
• Desire to learn and develop beyond current role.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage large group meetings for hourly associates, including first-day Welcome Meeting.
• Provide performance feedback and disciplinary action, including terminations, for hourly associates.
• Communicate and audit adherence to safety and employee relations policies, investigate complaints or deviations from policy, and make recommendations for corrective action as needed.
• Maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality, while managing workflow for company and onsite client projects.
• Build Relationships with Client managers through daily interaction and weekly meetings. Solicit their input of hourly associate performance and department concerns. Provide them with the guidance and support needed to ensure your partnership is contributing to their success.
• Maintain open door policy with hourly associates, answering questions regarding policies and procedures, actively listening of concerns and issues raised, escalating issues as appropriate, and maintaining confidential conversations.

Our Shift Leads are energetic, decisive, and engaging while managing multiple priorities in a changing warehouse environment.
Shift Leads are responsible for all day-to-day operations taking place on their scheduled shift for our temporary workforce at our client location.

Pay Rate: $25/hr.

Shift; Wed-Sat 6:30am-5pm

• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, large group experience a plus
• Experience in client relations, preferably in warehouse or staffing environment

• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Push utility cards up to 60 pounds
• Use carts, dollies, hand trucks and other gear to move items around

• Work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable)
• Stand or walk your entire shift
