Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for a time-limited project at our Irvine, CA site. You will supervise associates on the shift, provide training, and report progress to site leadership on attendance, safety, and quality metrics.

Day shifts Sun-Wed and Thurs-Sat 7:30am-6:00pm; night shifts 6:30pm-5:00am with pay rates $23.50–$26.50 per hour plus benefits from day one. The assignment lasts approximately 8-12 weeks with overtime potential and a strong

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment including experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to speak/read in English; Spanish fluency preferred.

• Track daily attendance and report out to leadership team.

We’re looking for Warehouse Supervisors to work at our client location,

This will bea fast paced, fun environment, managing a project within the warehouse. Our client is an industry leader within the e-commerce space.

This is a project assignment that will last approximately 8-12 weeks.

Work location; Irvine, CA

Day Shifts: Sun-Wed & Thurs-Sat7:30am-6:00pm

Pay Rate - $23.50

Night Shifts: Sun-Wed Night Shift: 6:30pm-5:00am

Pay Rate - $25.00

Thursday-Sat Night Shift: 6:30pm-5:00am

Pay Rate - $26.50

About the Role:

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the associates working on this specific project. Provide training and support to the associates on their shift. Report out to the site leadership team with updates on attendance, project progress and elevate any concerns or issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train associates on the expected processes for the project work.
• Supervise associates working on shift.
• Track daily attendance and report out to leadership team.
• Provide daily reporting for project progress, as well as safety and quality items.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment including experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Requires working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and requirements.
• Ability to speak/read in English
• Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, in words and actions.
• Attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
• Customer service oriented.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
• Standing/Walking/Pushing/Pulling items for your full shift
• lift up to 50 lbs
