Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Supervisors for a fast-paced, project-based assignment in Pasadena, TX. You will supervise the shift, train associates, and report progress to site leadership on attendance, safety, and quality.

This 8-12 week role offers weekly pay, potential overtime, and benefits from day one including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience including lead/supervisor roles.
• Must be 18+ and able to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills preferred.

Job description

We’re looking for Warehouse Supervisors to work at our client location, This will bea fast paced, fun environment, managing a project within the warehouse. Our client is an industry leader within the e-commerce space. This is a project assignment that will last approximately 8-12 weeks. Location: Pasadena, TX. Shifts:

• Sunday – Wednesday: 7.30am – 6.00pm $22.00
• Sunday – Wednesday: 6.30pm – 5.00am $23.50
• Thursday – Saturday: 7.30am – 6.00pm $24.50
• Thursday – Saturday: 6.30pm – 5.00am $25.00

About the Role:

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the associates working on this specific project. Provide training and support to the associates on their shift. Report out to the site leadership team with updates on attendance, project progress and elevate any concerns or issues.

Available Shift Times:

• Sunday – Wednesday 1st and 3rd shifts
• Thurs-Sat 1st and 3rd shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Train associates on the expected processes for the project work.
• Supervise associates working on shift.
• Track daily attendance and report out to leadership team.
• Provide daily reporting for project progress, as well as safety and quality items.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment including experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Requires working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and requirements.
• Ability to speak/read in English
• Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, in words and actions.
• Attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
• Customer service oriented.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
