Job summary

PF Holdings is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage inventory orders, shipping/receiving, and daily warehouse operations to meet district needs. The role emphasizes accuracy, timely transactions, and coordination across departments to ensure quality and productivity.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 3+ years in a warehouse setting, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team, including potential overtime to meet workload demands.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory district orders and shipping/receiving processes
• Assign duties to the shipping and receiving clerks and assure completion
• Monitor product movement along with all appropriate paperwork
• Confers with others to coordinate activities between departments as necessary
• Perform tasks to ensure accurate and timely transactions
• Recommends improvements to production methods, procedures, equipment performance and work practices to management
• Daily warehouse facility inspections
• Ensure compliance within the facility as it relates to quality, productivity, safety and security
• Demonstrates methods and trains employees in tasks or equipment operation
• Operate loading and unloading equipment, hoists and other specialized material handling equipment.
• Operate loaders and other equipment to transport materials to and from transportation vehicles and loading docks and to store and retrieve materials in warehouses
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
