Relogistics in Lebanon, TN is seeking a Shift Lead for the 3rd shift (Thu–Sun 7:00am–5:30pm) with hourly pay of $22.00. You will lead a local team, coordinate with the On-Site Manager, and ensure safety, HR policy compliance, and accurate paperwork while maintaining a productive work environment.

The role requires a year of supervisor or lead experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with forklift certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts with the On-Site Manager to optimize service for local customer(s).
• Recruit and develop employees and monitor safety and HR policy compliance.
• Help with ordering supplies and coordinating equipment maintenance.
• Assist forklift duties as needed and ensure loads are secure.
• Track daily movements on proper forms and maintain neat records.
• Support employee relations issues in coordination with the On-Site Manager.
