Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking Warehouse Supervisors to oversee a project-based team at our client location in Salt Lake City, UT. This fast-paced role requires supervising on-shift activity, training associates, and reporting progress to the site leadership team.

Project duration is about 8–12 weeks with variable shifts. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in warehouse roles and strong leadership, attendance, and safety focus. Competitive pay and day-one benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience including lead/supervisor roles.
• Must be 18+ and able to work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily progress, safety and quality updates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train associates on the expected processes for the project work.
• Supervise associates working on shift.
• Track daily attendance and report out to leadership team.
• Provide daily reporting for project progress, as well as safety and quality items.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment including experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Requires working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and requirements.
• Ability to speak/read in English
• Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, in words and actions.
• Attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
• Customer service oriented.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
