Job summary

Integrity Staffing Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for an 8-12 week project in the West Chicago, IL area. You will supervise a dedicated project team on a fast-paced warehouse assignment, provide training, and report progress to site leadership.

Strong leadership and warehouse experience are essential. Must be 18+, able to work in varied temperatures, and fluent in English with Spanish language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse lead or supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• English reading/speaking required; Spanish fluency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train associates on project processes.

We’re looking forWarehouse Supervisors to work at our client location,
This will bea fast paced, fun environment, managing a project within the warehouse. Our client is an industry leader within the e-commerce space.
This is a project assignment that will last approximately 8-12 weeks.
Location: Chicago, IL
Shifts: Variable

Pay rate: $24.50-$27.50 per hour

About the Role

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the associates working on this specific project. Provide training and support to the associates on their shift. Report out to the site leadership team with updates on attendance, project progress and escal

Key Responsibilities

• Train associates on the expected processes for the project work.
• Supervise associates working on shift.
• Track daily attendance and report out to leadership team.
• Provide daily reporting for project progress, as well as safety and quality items.

Key Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of work experience in a warehouse environment including experience as a Lead or Supervisor.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Requires working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
• Must be able to adhere to attendance policies and requirements.
• Ability to speak/read in English
• Fluency in Spanish highly preferred
• Demonstrate strong leadership skills, in words and actions.
• Attention to detail with focus on accuracy.
• Customer service oriented.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and TEAMS.
