Innova Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Services Coordinator in Inver Grove Heights, MN. The role covers picking, packing, inventory verification, data entry in Excel, shipping labeling, and forklift-assisted material handling in a fast‑paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in warehousing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Excel. Forklift certification is a plus, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Warehouse Services Coordinator

Position type: Full-time Contract Duration: 6 months Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN

As a Warehouse Services Coordinator, you will:

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment.
• Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Scan material information into Excel documents.
• Strap materials to skids, shrink-wrap, and label shipments.
• Operate picker lifts and pallet reach trucks.
• Assist with warehouse organization and material handling activities.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of warehouse experience
• Proficiency in MS Excel (scanning documents into spreadsheets)

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range*: $22 - $25 per hour
