Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring for a Production Support role in Malabar, FL. This 12-month contract to hire position requires coordinating a production team to meet a production plan and maintain high output quality.

The role emphasizes system manufacturing standards, policy adherence, and continuous improvement using the HBX tool set. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience (or 2 years post-secondary with 0-2 years).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production team to follow the production plan and deliver high quality output.

• Serve as the go-to person for employee issues and questions in the production area.
• Coordinate material movement to ensure proper stocking and support of production areas.
• Manage flow of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods according to schedules and priorities.
• Monitor material availability and inventory locations to prevent shortages and delays.
• Ensure materials are received, stored, transferred and delivered accurately and timely.
• Support efficient material handling and maintain inventory accuracy to sustain production flow across departments.

Job description

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Production Support. Position Type: Full-Time Contract, Contract to hire Duration: 12 months Location: Malabar, FL 32950 Schedule: 4/10 Monday - Thursday (5:00 am - 3:30 pm).

Duties

• Oversees and coordinates a production team to efficiently process work in accordance with a production plan and to promote and deliver high quality output.
• Works with Operations Management to execute in accordance a system of manufacturing standards and follow company policies and procedures.
• Encourages team members to drive continual improvement in their production area using the HBX tool set.
• Act as the go-to person for employee issues, concerns, and questions in their assigned production area.
• Responsible for coordinating, controlling, and executing material movement activities throughout the production facility to ensure all production areas are properly stocked and supported.
• Manages the flow of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods across the facility in alignment with production schedules and operational priorities.
• Monitors material availability, inventory locations, and staging needs to prevent shortages and production delays.
• Ensures materials are received, stored, transferred, and delivered to the appropriate areas accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supports efficient material handling practices, maintains inventory accuracy during movement, and helps ensure continuous production flow across all departments.

Ideal Candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Referral Bonus: This position qualifies for a Referral Bonus amount of $250-$1000 dollars.

Pay Range and Benefits

Pay Range*: Between $20 - $24 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
