Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Selector I in Memphis, TN. The role involves selecting products, loading trucks, and moving items within the warehouse across Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer zones.

Training pay starts at $20.00/hour; 100% production at $24.25/hour with incentives. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, and more. We provide safety gear like freezer suits and gloves, along with vacation and sick leave accrual from day one.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.
• 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred, operating reach truck/pallet jack/forklift.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a functional level for safety and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to pick, pull, and stack product.
• Move product within various warehouse zones (Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, Freezer).
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, and condition of product.
• Maintain clean work area and assist with other duties as assigned.
