Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our Plymouth, MI facility. You will select products, load trucks, and move goods between the dock and warehouse, with duties across Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer areas.

The role offers a 4-day workweek with 9am or 11am start times. Training wage is $21/hr, production wage $26.30/hr, plus potential incentives. Benefits begin after 60 days, with 401(k) profit sharing after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to perform accurate visual inspections and lift 50 pounds or more.
• At least 1 year of distribution warehouse experience preferred (reach truck, pallet jack, forklift).
• Ability to read, write, and understand English well for job tasks and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, moving product between loading dock and warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack to select, pull, sort and stack product.
• Review documents and verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Move product within the warehouse, including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer areas.
• Keep work area clean and follow safety procedures.
