McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Selector to join our depot team as Warehouse Specialist I. You will pick products, load trucks, and move goods throughout the warehouse using reach trucks and pallet jacks, with opportunities for additional pay incentives based on production.

Work areas include Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer; you will verify documents, ensure accurate counts, and maintain safety and cleanliness while supporting the distribution network.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and instructions.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Select product and load trucks, and move product within the warehouse.
• Operate reach truck and pallet jack; assist with loading and unloading.
• Verify quantity, identity, availability, and condition of product.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
