Job summary

Vistar is seeking warehouse associates to pick cases and containers for customer orders in a multi-temperature warehouse. You will operate pallet jacks/forklifts to move items to the loading dock, ensuring safety and accuracy while maintaining efficient flow.

Position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, $23-$26 per hour (with differential) plus incentive pay, and Day 1 benefits. Shifts start Sunday through Thursday with varying finish times, and opportunities for annual safety bonuses and merit

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
Must be able to work scheduled times and overtime as needed.
Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
Able to lift and stack product between 10-35 pounds and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

Select cases and containers to fill customer orders from warehouse storage.
Move completed orders to the loading dock with pallet jack/forklift and prepare for shipment.
Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location guidelines.
Transport pallets to shipping dock; shrink-wrap if required.
Complete shift reports and perform related duties as assigned.
