Job summary

Vistar, a leading candy, snack, and beverage distributor, is hiring for a 2nd shift position in Twinsburg, OH. The role involves picking cases from multi-level racks, loading pallets, and ensuring safe, accurate order fulfillment for shipment.

The position runs Sunday-Thursday with shifts starting 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM, and ends vary by daily volume. Compensation is $19.50-$23.50 per hour plus incentives, with Day 1 benefits and a range of company programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
• 6-12 months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Must be able to work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift and stack product between 10-80 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler/freezer/dry).
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and procedures; maintain a safe work area.
• Review schedule, gather supplies, and perform safety checks on equipment.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards per location and guidelines.
• Move pallets on pallet jack along racks to locate products.
• Place stock items on pallets and prepare for shipping; shrink-wrap as needed.
• Transport completed orders to loading dock; ensure paperwork is complete.
